Hello! In my opinion, there are two solutions to the problem.

Perhaps the impression that the screw is unscrewed is deceptive - usually the handle of the Vidima mixer is fastened with a screw that is not screwed off, but with a special hexagon socket wrench, the size of which is selected in fact. With it, the screw is easily loosened and the handle is removed. I enclose a photo of such keys.

It is very possible that in the model of the mixer that is installed in your apartment, the handle is not screw-mounted, but firmly mounted on the adapter. At the junction, you need to sprinkle with a WD-flange (WD-40) and tap lightly on the handle. If it doesn’t work, then you can heat up a little joint with a construction or regular hairdryer and then remove the handle. In extreme cases, you can slide the lapped handle with the gas key. When the effort applied for this is not enough, you can gently tap the handle of the key. Only his cheeks need to be wrapped with some rag so as not to damage the appearance of the handle.

When you remove the handle, you will still need to unscrew the two nuts - decorative and union. Decorative unscrews without the use of any tools, and to unscrew the union nut you need a key.
