Good afternoon. Yes, of course, it is possible subject to certain fire standards and requirements for both devices. Since you have already installed the furnace, I will admit that the norms for it are met.
But as for the gas boiler. Initially, you should receive technical specifications from the gas supplying organization. Then, design documentation is drawn up, which is produced by engineering companies with licenses for such activities. And then approval is made with the gas supplying company.
If the project is rejected for some reason, and most often the resource providers themselves are developing it (which means such cases are rare), they are obliged to provide you with a document with a list of reasons requiring adjustment. That is, it doesn’t turn out that you installed the boiler and you have a stove, but for no reason, the gas workers who came to you told you to break the stove. All these issues will be resolved at the design stage.
What are our prohibitions on installing gas boilers:
1. In the absence of ventilation systems that meet the requirements.
2. In dormitories and living rooms.
3. On balconies, in basements and in the basement (if there are no specific conditions for these rooms).
4. On combustible wall surfaces.
The boiler is installed with the following requirements:
1. A free approach from any direction.
2. A door at least 80 cm wide in a boiler room or other room.
3. The area of the premises is not less than 4 sq m.
4. A window of at least 30 cm² per 10 m³ of volume.
5. Ceiling with a height of 2 m.
6. Water supply.
7. Chimney corresponding to the power section of the device.
8. Non-combustible floor around the boiler and so on.
9. Prohibition of installation near open sources of fire.
Of course, in the same room with the oven, you are unlikely to be allowed to install. Here, open fire, ventilation, and the outlet of the chimney are too close to the gas. In theory, it is allowed to install 2 heating appliances in a room in compliance with the standards and even more, in practice - most likely, your specifications will not correspond.
But you did not give any characteristics of your object in the question, so we will guess for a long time here.I can say for sure one thing - a stove and a boiler in one house are definitely allowed, in one room - only under certain conditions and approvals, which must be specified in the resource supplying organization (most likely not).
Here are some more documents that stipulate almost all aspects of the requirements of gas supplying organizations - SNiP 31-02-2001, DBN V.2.5-20-2001, SNiP II-35-76, SNiP 42-01-2002 and SP 41-104-2000 .
In practice - in one of my houses I have a fireplace with an open combustion chamber in one room and a gas boiler in the kitchen. Such quarrels did not cause any disagreement at the stage of project approval. Good luck
