The problem with reverse traction in a 25-story apartment building
Hello! There is a problem with ventilation in a 25-story apartment building. There is a reverse draft and blowing of cold air into the rooms of the kitchen on all floors. On the risers, where the outlet of the ventilation shaft goes to the roof.
They tried to narrow the passage of the mine at the outlet as much as possible - there is no result. Normalization of work is achieved with a decently open window. Micro ventilation also does not give a result. The risers of ventilation going to that floor and then the air is removed into the common shaft work flawlessly. It is not possible to perform problem risers according to the same principle.
What do you advise? Thank you for participating.

First of all, you should know that the management company is responsible for the normal operation of ventilation in apartment buildings. Therefore, it’s best for you to write a collective request to resolve the back draft problem in ventilation. It is possible that there you just need to clean the blockages and that's it.
As an individual solution, you can consider the separate installation of the ventilation unit in your apartment.
Good afternoon! I have a similar problem in a co-op. Who can clean the ventilation ducts in a 16-story building. Give contacts who work with legal entities.
Pay attention, Maya, that Vladimir wrote: "Normalization of work is achieved with a decently open window." If your problem is solved by a similar "technology", then all the trouble is excessive sealing of the apartment with plastic windows and a modern entrance door with excellent sealing.
I note that you can do without costly supply and exhaust ventilation, limiting yourself to installing supply valves between the windowsill and the battery - attached a screenshot. You will find many models via the Internet - there are simple ones, there are filters, electric heating, and other bells and whistles.
