Of the gas equipment in the apartment - a column, stove, furnace heating nozzle. The house is old, with 8 apartments.

How can you solve the problem with the lowest financial costs? Installing supply valves on the windows did not give a result. Low air intake.

Installing a deflector on the roof, I think, is inappropriate due to the presence of a heating nozzle. Household supply and exhaust devices do not inspire confidence, and semi-professional ones are expensive, and they bite in terms of energy consumption. How would you solve this problem?

If the installation of the supply valves does not give the desired result, then it is necessary to mount the supply ventilation with a special electrical installation to solve the problem. On the other hand, you only have air inlets on the windows, and they have low throughput.
You should first install the supply air valves without heating in each of the rooms.
