Is it necessary to clean the ventilation ducts in the presence of normative traction?
Hello! The question is as follows. Judging by the text of clause 12 of the RF PP No. 410 dated 05/14/2013, should preventive cleaning of ventilation ducts from the attic, in the presence of standard draft, be carried out? Is a form of an act on checking and cleaning the ventilation ducts of an apartment building established on the basis of the requirements of this paragraph 12 established by any regulatory document?
And further. In the Stalin apartment building, the horizontal teams of the ventilation box in the attic are made non-separable (the wooden frame is sheathed with tin and there is no opportunity to clean the ventilation ducts). Is there a requirement to convert such boxes to collapsible?

Hello!
1) In accordance with clause 12 of the RF PP No. 410 dated 05/14/2013, ventilation ducts are not cleaned in the presence of normal traction. Checking the performance of the channels is carried out by the UK (if licensed) or the contracting company on the basis of the contract. The check is performed at least 3 times a year. Each inspection carried out is drawn up in an act, which is drawn up in 2 copies. One copy is stored by the contractor, the second by the customer. The executor can be the UK or contractor, as the customer - the UK, HOA, homeowner. The form of the act is regulated by PP No. 1225 of 12/30/2011. If you are not satisfied with the ventilation check performed by your UK or a third-party organization, you can contact the State Housing Inspectorate in your region with a complaint that will be checked.
2) There are no unified requirements for the alteration of fixed ventilation ducts. In accordance with the law, the organization responsible for keeping ventilation ducts in good condition, if necessary, redevelop them by issuing permits. Please note that unauthorized redevelopment of ventilation shafts and chimneys is prohibited and is punishable by a fine of up to 50 thousand rubles.
