In practice, in the vast majority of cases, work is done independently or using the services of a plumber. Gorgaz has no information about when the hose was installed and its frequency of replacement.
If you decide to do the replacement yourself, follow a few simple points:
1. Shut off the gas supply.
2. Prepare two suitable keys in advance. It will not work to clamp with one, it will certainly be etched either on the pipe or at the place of connection to the gas stove.
3. Prepare a soap solution, after clamping (depending on the hose of the coupling or union nuts) carefully spray the joints with soapy water. In case of the appearance of the slightest bubbles, it is necessary to untwist and carry out the procedure from the beginning.
In any case, the gas is explosive, it is better to entrust the work to a person with experience.
