Is it possible to drill an additional well in a well?
On the plot there is a well that is more than 10 years old (4 rings + 1 top). A column of water held somewhere 1 - 1.5 rings. Water for households. needs Currently, the level has fallen to 30 cm. Cleaning has not yielded positive results.
Question: is it possible to manually drill a well in the well about 5 meters from the level of the lower ring to the pebbles and equip the water intake directly from the well, while still maintaining the possibility of using the well for irrigation?

Of course, it is possible to drill a well in a well, although for a layman the work is rather difficult.
I recommend the following procedure:
1. A drilling rig is installed above the well.
2. Anchor bolts are mounted on the wall of the well for mounting a steel profile that will support the conductor.
3. A conductor casing is clogged into the well, but if the well is on quicksand, then a conductor conduit is clogged, and then a smaller diameter casing is clogged into it.
4. Drilling is performed inside the casing;
5. After the descent into the well of the pump, it must be covered with a tip.
