Every time an old man climbs into a hole where a pump is installed and it is already very difficult to fill in the water. He pulled out the pipe and changed it to a new check valve, but the problem remained.

Most likely the pump is too low and draws in particles of soil from the bottom of the well, after which they fall into the check valve. I advise raising the pump a little higher if possible, but clean the inside of the valve first.
