Use of a propane gas stove for heating a private house with methane
At the moment, there is a process of transition to gas heating (a floor boiler hybrid of the Teplodar company under a gas burner) - a gas pipe is put into the house and documents are being collected.
So at this point, experts said that gas workers would not give permission to connect to gas if a propane gas stove was left in the house, although it was installed separately in the kitchen (I won’t go into the reasons for connecting it to natural gas). Is this requirement legal and why?

Hello. First of all, I wonder who are the “specialists” in gas equipment, other than gas workers? In addition, on all such issues, you can easily consult a local GDO beforehand, and in many regions this can be done remotely, by phone or online.
Further, for any prohibition, allegedly based on legislative acts, a written justification of the reason for the refusal should be taken. But in this situation, as I understand it, this was only advice and that, preliminary, would be worth clarifying the factor of doubt.
As for combination, there are no direct prohibitions; it is not recommended to store gas cylinders and other fire / explosive elements in industrial boiler houses using gas fuel. But the question is for an ordinary residential building, and here one can only guess about the reasons for the doubts of the "specialists."
It seems to me that here we are talking about the rules for the placement of balloon equipment rather. For example, it is forbidden to store more than 1 cylinder, with a capacity of more than 5 liters, in a residential building. The distance from the radiators is from 1 meter. From furnaces and other sources of heating with open combustion chambers - from 5 meters.
Perhaps you simply do not fit into the normalized distances or you generally have violations in the operation of the cylinders.
