Details of the gas column installation document in the apartment
Hello. Can someone tell me the details of the document establishing the rules for installing a gas column in the apartment. Specifically, I need to indicate the basis on which the gas column cannot be placed in a closed kitchen cabinet. This is necessary for the complaint to furniture makers who refuse to replace the cabinet (not done according to the project). I would appreciate that.

Hello. I don’t understand what the furniture makers have to do with your gas supply project, but let's try to deal with the technical documentation.
Wall-mounted gas-powered equipment for heating and hot water should be located either on walls made of non-combustible materials with an indent of 2 cm at the back and sides, or on walls made of combustible and hardly combustible materials with non-combustible lining with an indent of 3 cm. In this case, the insulation should protrude beyond the dimensions of the device at least 10 cm. These are paragraphs 6.23-6.24 of SP 42-101-2003.
Remember that gas equipment must be freely accessible for inspection, repair and operation, and the documentation states that all work must be carried out in accordance with the gas distribution project and technical documentation.
"3.1.1. The device must be installed in kitchens or other non-residential heated premises in accordance with the gasification project and SNiP 42-01-2002. ”
"7.1 The possibility of placing gas-powered equipment in the premises of buildings for various purposes and the requirements for these premises are established by the relevant building codes and rules for the design and construction of buildings, taking into account the requirements of standards and other documents for the supply of this equipment, as well as data from factory passports and instructions that define the area and conditions for its use. "
You must comply with all standards for air intake and removal of combustion products, as well as fire safety rules.
In general, quick-detachable boxes, in theory, are not included in the design documentation, since they are not a major construction. But we don’t know what your locker is there and since they don’t allow you to install one, it’s better to listen to the gas men, nevertheless they do not act out of harm, but in accordance with your safety.
And here is a list of documents where you can find the information you are interested in, including gas piping, ventilation and more:
1. SP 42-101-2003
2. SP 62.13330.2011
3. SNiP 42-01-2002
4. SNiP 2.04.08-87
In addition, the technical passport of the geyser may contain recommendations for their installation with certain standards, based on existing, legislatively.
You can also pay attention not only to the SNIPs, but also to the Law of the Russian Federation dated 07.02.1992 N 2300-1 (as amended on 03/18/2019) “On the Protection of Consumer Rights”. Article 30 - “Terms for eliminating defects in the work performed (services rendered)”, Article 16 - “Invalidity of the terms of the contract that infringe the consumer’s rights”, Article 18 - “Consumer rights when defects are found in the product”, Article 7 - “Consumer right to safety of goods (work, services) ”and Article 12 -“ Responsibility of the manufacturer (contractor, seller, owner of the aggregator) for inappropriate information about the product (work, service) ”.
Good luck
