Good day, Andrey.
The manufacturer of a septic tank is not important, the main thing is to have a horizontal model, for example, “Tver“.
Objectively, you have more than a hundred tasks, not specifically at the septic tank’s choice, but where to dispose of treated sewage and find professional builders who will perform the work.
You have only three options:
1. Discharge of treated water into an existing ditch is the most ideal case. If there is no existing one, and the conditions allow you to equip, be sure to do it. Despite the costly part, the issue of sewage will be solved forever.
2. Discharge of treated effluents into a filtering well of large volume, and from it into the well made along the perimeter of the site. Part will go into the ground, when overflow is pumped into a mini-groove. Put a drain pump in the filter well, which will turn on when overflowing. The boundary here is a ditch 20 cm wide and deep. For its arrangement, you do not need any permissions, including from your neighbors. Provide a convenient installation of a filter well in advance. In the case of a full tank and boundary, you can call the scavengers for complete pumping.
In this scheme, the well has a dual role of filtration and a cesspool, therefore its volume is so important (Figure 1 and 2). I also recommend installing an alarm in the well, it will help to avoid overflow in the event of a breakdown of the drainage pump (Figure 3).
3. The worst option is the arrangement of a cesspool. If you have zero water absorption of the soil and there is no way to equip the ditch, there will be no other option.
Spring is the most dangerous period in your case. Requires constant attention to the level of wastewater in the well. Melting snow at high groundwater will reduce soil water absorption to zero.

Which option would not be chosen, the qualifications of the installers are important. Tanks with a negligent installation can simply float by tearing sewer pipes. I advise you to read more this article on our website.
Why is it impossible to make the internal sewage system in such a way that all the drains except the toilet fall directly into the gutter, and the septic tank for the toilet? This will significantly reduce the volume of the septic tank.
It all depends on the layout of the house itself, but this is far from the most important reason. For example, to make a septic tank separately for discharging toilet drains, it seems to me somewhat impractical in terms of finances. But on the other hand, this is a practical solution, then the septic tank will not fill up so quickly.
Here a dilemma arises: spend a little more finance or save. Alternatively, you can make a cesspool and overlay it with a brick so that the toilet drain gets there.
There is also the issue of runoff from the kitchen, where after washing dishes some waste will also get into the water. Can I connect a separate septic tank here?
