Placing the outdoor unit of the split system on a glazed loggia
Is it possible to place the outdoor unit of the split system not on the external wall of the building, but to place it on a glazed loggia? What surprises can be expected here?
This is a non-standard placement of the outdoor unit and I have not met a discussion of possible problems with this placement of the outdoor unit. Thanks in advance if anyone supports this topic.

Good afternoon, Anatoly. It is possible, and there are two options.
1. The location is identical to the standard street. The block should be placed opposite the opening sash. In general, there should be at least three on the balcony / loggia. If there is insufficient ventilation / air circulation, the automation of the air conditioner will operate and it will simply turn off, not having time to cool / warm the room.
It is important to pay attention to which side the balcony / loggia is located, if the south, then the question becomes even more acute. The installation of forced ventilation will help minimize risks with shutdown. In an enclosed space and a working air conditioner, the temperature can rise up to 60 degrees.
Do not forget about the noise during operation. At night, the discomfort delivered will pose a choice: continue to listen to the constant hum of the fan or turn off the split system.
2. The second option, more costly - the arrangement of a cabinet / drawer for the air conditioner in the room. Vividly the options in the figures: 1, 2, 3. In fact, the arrangement options are much larger and some of them allow you to harmoniously integrate the outdoor unit into the room.
When arranging, attention must be paid to:
Regardless of the installation method chosen, uninterrupted operation of the air conditioner will provide only a good intake / air exhaust.
