How to add batteries to a ready-made concrete heating system?

Good afternoon. You need to add a few batteries to an existing system. There is no access to the main pipes (poured into concrete). Output to batteries with 20 pipes with a diagonal connection. How can this be done without breaking the floor? Thank.
